Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and client communications via phone, email, and in-person
  • Process client payments, maintain accurate financial records, and handle insurance documentation
  • Greet clients and their pets warmly, ensuring a positive first impression at our facility
  • Maintain organized client/patient records using veterinary management software
  • Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless clinic operations and timely service delivery
  • Assist in inventory management of reception supplies and pharmaceuticals
  • Handle emergency triage calls and direct clients appropriately during critical situations

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with strong administrative aptitude
  • Minimum 1-2 years in customer service or receptionist role (veterinary experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and veterinary management systems
  • Excellent Bahasa Malaysia and English communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced medical environment
  • Basic knowledge of animal handling and veterinary terminology
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
