Join Singapore Exchange as Vice President of Business Management for the Global Markets Division, where you'll shape strategic initiatives at the enterprise level. This pivotal role reports directly to the Head of Business Management and drives transformation across four critical areas: strategic planning, operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and market development. You'll lead cross-functional teams to optimize market efficiency, navigate complex regulatory landscapes, and identify growth opportunities in Asia-Pacific's dynamic financial ecosystem. - Develop and execute enterprise-wide strategic plans aligned with SGX's global market objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and market innovation
- Manage C-suite relationships with key stakeholders including regulators, institutional clients, and exchange partners
- Drive P&L optimization through financial modeling, resource allocation, and performance analytics
- Oversees market development initiatives for new product launches and geographic expansion
- Chairs governance committees ensuring best practices in risk management and operational resilience
- Represents SGX at international forums advocating for market integrity and technological advancement
Kualifikasi
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 15+ years progressive experience in financial services with 5+ years in senior management
- Proven track record in exchange operations, capital markets, or financial technology leadership
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks across APAC markets including MAS, HKMA, and SEC
- Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills with measurable business impact
- Strong stakeholder management experience with regulators, institutions, and government bodies
- Proficiency in financial modeling, risk assessment, and operational optimization tools
