Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive ESG and Climate strategy that aligns with Macquarie's global targets and local regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- Lead the integration of climate risk assessment into the investment and lending decision-making processes across the region.
- Oversee the preparation and dissemination of high-quality sustainability reports, including alignment with TCFD and GRI frameworks.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including policymakers, NGOs, and industry bodies to advocate for sustainable finance.
- Drive internal cultural change by promoting sustainability awareness and training programs for employees.
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities for sustainable finance and green investments within the Indonesian market.
- Monitor global ESG trends and regulatory changes to ensure Macquarie remains at the forefront of responsible banking.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in ESG, Sustainability, or Climate Finance within the financial services sector.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing sustainability strategies in a senior leadership capacity.
- Strong understanding of global ESG frameworks (TCFD, SASB, GRI) and regulatory landscape regarding climate risk.
- Advanced degree in Finance, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus on complex sustainability issues.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
