JPMorganChase is seeking a highly strategic and visionary Vice President for Executive Services and Business Support to join our leadership team in Metro Manila. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-level strategic oversight and operational leadership to a large-scale team of Executive Assistants across multiple business lines.
- Serve as a primary liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and protocol management.
- Lead and execute international, cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with global corporate standards and operational goals.
- Analyze business support processes to identify bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions that enhance executive productivity and team effectiveness.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and talent development programs for the administrative and business support functions.
- Coordinate with global leadership to ensure consistent adherence to company policies, risk management, and compliance standards.
- Mentor and coach high-potential staff to foster a culture of professional growth and service excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced professional certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in executive support, corporate operations, or management roles, ideally within a multinational financial services firm.
- Proven track record of leading large, remote, or hybrid teams in a matrixed organizational structure.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at the C-suite and MD levels.
- Advanced proficiency in modern business technology, collaboration tools, and data-driven reporting systems.
- Demonstrated experience in driving organizational change and operational transformation.
