- Oversee end-to-end fund accounting operations for multiple investment vehicles
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, local regulations, and internal controls
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing accounting teams
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements to stakeholders
- Optimize accounting processes through automation and system enhancements
- Collaborate with portfolio management and operations teams
- Manage regulatory reporting and external audit engagements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CMA preferred
- 10+ years in fund accounting with 5+ years in leadership
- Deep expertise in IFRS and Indonesian financial regulations
- Proven team management and operational improvement experience
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Multinational financial services experience essential
