- Develop and execute HR strategies in partnership with operational leadership to support business objectives
- Lead labor relations initiatives including collective bargaining, grievance resolution, and compliance with Philippine labor laws
- Oversee employee relations programs ensuring fair treatment, conflict resolution, and policy implementation
- Drive organizational development through succession planning, talent management, and leadership coaching
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, retention, and productivity
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR practices with company culture and strategic goals
- Manage HR business partner team providing mentorship and strategic guidance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in senior leadership role
- Expertise in labor relations, employee relations, and Philippine labor laws (DOLE, NLRC)
- Proven track record in strategic HR planning and organizational development
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business needs into HR solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience managing HR teams and fostering collaborative partnerships
