  • Develop and execute HR strategies in partnership with operational leadership to support business objectives
  • Lead labor relations initiatives including collective bargaining, grievance resolution, and compliance with Philippine labor laws
  • Oversee employee relations programs ensuring fair treatment, conflict resolution, and policy implementation
  • Drive organizational development through succession planning, talent management, and leadership coaching
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, retention, and productivity
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR practices with company culture and strategic goals
  • Manage HR business partner team providing mentorship and strategic guidance

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 10 years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in senior leadership role
  • Expertise in labor relations, employee relations, and Philippine labor laws (DOLE, NLRC)
  • Proven track record in strategic HR planning and organizational development
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business needs into HR solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Experience managing HR teams and fostering collaborative partnerships
