Join Bali International Hospital's leadership team as Vice President ICT and spearhead technological innovation in a world-class healthcare environment. This pivotal role requires you to architect and execute ICT strategies that drive digital transformation, enhance patient care delivery, and optimize operational efficiency across our international-standard facilities. You'll lead the integration of cutting-edge healthcare technologies while ensuring robust cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance. As a key strategic partner, you'll collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to align technology initiatives with organizational goals, positioning the hospital at the forefront of healthcare innovation in Southeast Asia.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive ICT strategies aligned with hospital objectives and international healthcare standards
- Lead digital transformation initiatives including EHR optimization, telemedicine platforms, and patient engagement systems
- Overend healthcare IT operations including network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery protocols
- Manage ICT budget allocation and vendor relationships while ensuring cost-effective technology solutions
- Drive innovation in healthcare technology through R&D partnerships and emerging technology adoption
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) and industry standards
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology projects on schedule and within budget
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
- Minimum 10+ years progressive experience in healthcare IT leadership with 5+ years in VP/Director roles
- Proven track record in implementing digital transformation initiatives in hospital environments
- Deep expertise in healthcare IT systems (EHR, PACS, LIS) and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Strong strategic planning skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional technical teams
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent stakeholder communication skills
