Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic plans to scale RFID manufacturing operations in Indonesia
- Lead cross-functional teams including production, supply chain, and quality assurance
- Establish operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality control
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, government bodies, and industry partners
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international manufacturing standards
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation for operational excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience, including 5+ years in senior management
- Proven track record in scaling operations within technology or manufacturing sectors
- Expertise in supply chain management, lean manufacturing, and process optimization
- Strong understanding of RFID technology and electronics manufacturing processes
- Experience managing international operations and cross-cultural teams
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in Mandarin advantageous
