In this role, you will be the creative heartbeat behind our 'Brand Baby,' responsible for conceptualizing, filming, and editing high-quality video content that resonates with our audience and elevates our market presence.
We are seeking a storyteller who understands the intersection of beauty, lifestyle, and digital trends. You will work closely with our marketing team to produce engaging social media content, brand campaigns, and promotional videos that reflect our company's prestige. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content for various social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube).
- Execute the full production cycle: from storyboarding and scripting to filming and final color grading.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative campaigns that align with brand objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and aesthetic styles relevant to the beauty and aesthetics industry.
- Manage production schedules and ensure all assets are delivered on time and within brand guidelines.
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of raw footage and edited assets.
- Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring the highest performance and audience engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Videographer, Editor, or Content Creator.
- Proficiency in professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative filming techniques and polished editing skills.
- Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and sound design for video production.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a professional attitude.
