Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative campaign concepts and visual storytelling strategies.
- Execute professional lighting, framing, and sound recording techniques during production.
- Manage the post-production process, including color grading, motion graphics, and audio mixing.
- Ensure all video assets align with the brand's aesthetic guidelines and visual identity.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the beauty industry and social media content formats.
- Coordinate with models and team members to ensure smooth shooting schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Videographer, Content Creator, or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing beauty-focused or lifestyle work.
- Proficiency in professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of social media content trends, especially TikTok and Instagram.
- Ability to operate camera equipment (DSLR/Mirrorless), lighting kits, and basic audio recording gear.
- Strong creative eye for detail, composition, and color theory.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
