Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage Email Communications: Handle daily correspondence, draft professional responses, and prioritize incoming messages efficiently.
  • Schedule Management: Coordinate calendars, set up meetings, and manage virtual appointments for clients.
  • Administrative Support: Perform data entry, prepare reports, and maintain organized digital filing systems.
  • Customer Assistance: Provide excellent service by answering inquiries via chat or email and resolving issues promptly.
  • Research & Documentation: Conduct online research to gather necessary information and create comprehensive documentation.
  • CRM Management: Update and manage customer relationship management tools as required by the client.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in tracking project milestones and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Language: Fluent in English (both written and verbal) with excellent grammar and communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
  • Internet: Must have a stable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a virtual assistant or customer support role is highly preferred.
