Remote Staff is seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant / Accounts Admin to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will manage the invoicing process using the AroFlo job management system. You will be responsible for raising invoices based on completed job cards and meticulously reviewing job costs to ensure accuracy before billing. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to maintaining accurate financial records.

Tanggung Jawab
- Raise accurate invoices from completed job cards within the AroFlo system.
- Review and reconcile job costs to ensure billing accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and documentation.
- Communicate with clients or project managers regarding billing inquiries and clarifications.
- Perform general data entry and filing duties to support the accounts department.
- Ensure all invoices are processed in a timely manner to support cash flow.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Accounts Administrator.
- Familiarity with AroFlo software is highly preferred.
- Strong command of the English language (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
