Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage inbound leads, respond to inquiries, and schedule property showings.
  • Update and maintain listings across multiple MLS platforms and the company website.
  • Coordinate transaction documentation, ensuring compliance with US real‑estate standards.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, including social media updates, email newsletters, and virtual event coordination.
  • Prepare market analyses, comparative market reports, and property flyers.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and generate weekly performance reports.
  • Liaise with clients, agents, and vendors to ensure seamless communication.
  • Support the team with ad‑hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant in a real‑estate or related environment.
  • Proficiency in lead generation, CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a remote setting.
