We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team at Goodman Tech BPO OPC. As we expand in the North America BaaS Market, we need a dedicated professional to provide top-tier administrative and back-office support. This hybrid role allows you to work from our office in Bonifacio Global City while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. You will act as a key partner to executives, managing daily operations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders. If you excel at multitasking and possess a strong command of the English language, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and managing travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, email management, and internal communications with professionalism.
- Perform data entry, record-keeping, and maintain accurate digital filing systems.
- Conduct market research and compile reports to support business initiatives.
- Assist in client relationship management and provide administrative support for internal projects.
- Prepare presentations, documents, and meeting agendas.
- Ensure timely follow-up on tasks and maintain high standards of organization.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in similar administrative roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software or project management tools is a plus.
- Able to work in a hybrid environment (office + remote).
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
