Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to NDIS healthcare professionals and participants
- Manage participant schedules, appointments, and care documentation in compliance with NDIS standards
- Facilitate communication between participants, healthcare providers, and support coordinators
- Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR) and NDIS documentation
- Assist with coordination of healthcare services, including therapy sessions and medical appointments
- Prepare and submit NDIS progress reports, funding requests, and compliance documentation
- Manage inventory of healthcare supplies and coordinate delivery of participant-specific equipment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or healthcare administrator
- Proficiency in NDIS guidelines, healthcare compliance standards, and disability support frameworks
- Expertise in healthcare documentation systems and EHR management software
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact sensitively with diverse stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare-specific software
