Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including email correspondence, calendar scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and organize legal documents, contracts, and internal reports with high accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for office inquiries, ensuring professional communication at all times.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems, adhering to strict data confidentiality protocols.
- Assist in the coordination of company events, board meetings, and team briefings.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure office supplies and equipment are adequately maintained.
- Support management with travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve office processes and implement more efficient administrative workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Administrator.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work onsite in Makati City consistently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a legal or tech-oriented firm is a significant advantage.
