This is a critical role designed to liberate Account Managers from tedious administrative burdens, allowing them to concentrate entirely on high-value client-facing activities. In this position, you will serve as the operational backbone for our department. You will manage complex schedules, facilitate seamless communication, and ensure that all administrative processes run without a hitch. Whether supporting virtual interactions or assisting with in-person engagements, your efficiency and reliability will be key to our client satisfaction. We are looking for a self-starter who can anticipate needs and solve problems independently.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments for Account Managers.
  • Handle email correspondence and respond to client inquiries with professionalism.
  • Prepare and organize essential documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records in our CRM systems.
  • Coordinate logistics for virtual meetings and face-to-face client interactions.
  • Conduct market research to support sales and marketing strategies.
  • Manage travel arrangements and process expense reports.
  • Support general administrative projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Slack).
  • Must be available for full-time employment.
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
