- Coordinate and manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, providing compassionate and accurate information via phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and strict adherence to data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Facilitate communication between patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as processing referrals, managing prescription requests, and handling billing inquiries.
- Prepare and distribute necessary patient information and educational materials.
- Monitor patient portals and communication platforms, responding promptly to messages and routing urgent requests.
