Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage complex calendars, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
  • Perform daily administrative support tasks including email management and documentation.
  • Assist with financial tracking, expense reporting, and basic bookkeeping duties.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and process documentation as requested.
  • Monitor and update project management software to track task progress.
  • Handle general inquiries with a professional and helpful demeanor.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an Administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive information with high confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience with financial tracking tools or basic accounting software is a strong plus.
  • Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet connection.
