In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between pet owners and veterinary professionals, providing compassionate support, accurate triage, and seamless care coordination.

Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for pet owners via phone, chat, and email channels.
- Conduct initial triage to assess the urgency of veterinary concerns and provide appropriate guidance.
- Coordinate appointments between clients and veterinary clinics to ensure smooth care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and detailed electronic health records for all virtual consultations.
- Educate pet owners on basic preventive care, nutrition, and wellness practices.
- Follow up with pet parents to monitor recovery progress and ensure satisfaction with service.
- Collaborate with internal medical teams to escalate complex cases appropriately.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Veterinary Technology, Nursing, or a related healthcare/allied health discipline.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, triage, or a virtual healthcare environment.
- Strong background in animal care or veterinary clinic operations is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in CRM software, telehealth platforms, and common office productivity tools.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a high-volume setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a compassionate, patient-first approach.
