Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and prioritize daily executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and resolving conflicts efficiently.
  • Compose, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, emails, and reports.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, presentations, and research summaries for executive review.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with strict adherence to data privacy protocols.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external clients to ensure clear and timely information flow.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience working as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
