Zento Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Medical Administrator to join our dynamic healthcare support team. In this pivotal remote role, you will provide critical administrative support to Australian-based medical specialists, ensuring seamless clinic operations and exceptional patient care coordination.
This is a full-time work-from-home position that offers the best of both worlds: the comfort and focus of your home office, alongside the opportunity to build strong professional relationships during our collaborative, in-person team days held monthly in Manila. You will act as a key liaison between medical specialists, patients, and healthcare partners, managing sensitive clinical information with the utmost confidentiality, accuracy, and efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate complex appointment scheduling, diary management, and clinic bookings for Australian medical specialists.
- Handle inbound and outbound patient inquiries professionally via phone, email, and digital messaging channels, providing compassionate patient care.
- Prepare, transcribe, and distribute accurate medical correspondence, clinical notes, referral letters, and specialist reports.
- Process medical billings, invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments in compliance with Australian healthcare funding guidelines.
- Maintain, update, and audit Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems while adhering strictly to patient data privacy protocols.
- Liaise with hospitals, diagnostic clinics, and allied health professionals to coordinate patient surgeries, procedures, and post-operative follow-ups.
- Participate actively in our monthly Manila-based team engagement days to align on operational goals, receive training, and cultivate team synergy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in medical administration, clinic coordination, or medical back-office operations.
- Prior experience supporting Australian healthcare practitioners or working within an offshore medical support setup is highly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a professional, empathetic telephone etiquette.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and proficiency in clinic management software/EMR platforms (e.g., Genie, Cliniko, Best Practice, or Zedmed).
- Outstanding organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free home office setup.
- Willingness and capability to travel to Manila City once a month for team alignment and collaborative sessions.
