Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 1 year clinical documentation experience
- Proficiency in medical terminology and healthcare documentation
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with high accuracy
- Experience with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
