ConnectOS is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Virtual Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this innovative hybrid role, you will be at the forefront of delivering quality healthcare services to Australian NDIS participants from our Philippines office.
As a Virtual Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive remote health assessments and gather critical patient information for a diverse client base. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between healthcare providers and NDIS participants, ensuring that every individual receives the support and guidance they need to navigate their healthcare journey.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid arrangement, combining remote client consultations with collaborative team activities. You will interact daily with clients from various backgrounds, providing them with health education, conducting assessments, and documenting their conditions to support their NDIS plans.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough remote health assessments for NDIS participants via video calls and digital platforms
- Gather and document comprehensive patient health information with accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide health education, guidance, and support to diverse client populations
- Coordinate effectively with healthcare professionals, support workers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain strict compliance with Australian NDIS standards, protocols, and documentation requirements
- Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and team meetings
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and review patient care plans
- Ensure adherence to patient confidentiality, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with active registration in the Philippines
- Proven experience in community health, disability care, mental health, or telehealth nursing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in digital health platforms, video conferencing tools, and electronic medical records
- Understanding of Australian NDIS framework and disability support principles is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote/hybrid setting
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required
