Join Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. as a Virtual Receptionist & Administrative Assistant and become the backbone of our client operations! This hybrid role demands exceptional communication skills and proficiency in Xero XPM to deliver seamless administrative support. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, managing virtual reception duties while handling critical administrative tasks. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage professional virtual reception services including call routing, message handling, and client greetings
- Perform comprehensive administrative duties: scheduling, data entry, document management, and report preparation
- Leverage Xero XPM software for project tracking, time management, and financial oversight
- Coordinate cross-functional team communications and maintain client relationship databases
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation using accounting software
- Implement organizational systems for digital and physical document archiving
- Support onboarding processes and training initiatives for new team members
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in virtual reception or administrative support roles
- Certified proficiency in Xero XPM project management software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience working in remote/virtual team environments
- Relevant degree or certification in Business Administration preferred
