Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately document physician-patient encounters in real-time using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Ensure all clinical documentation is complete, precise, and meets U.S. healthcare regulatory standards.
- Assist physicians in organizing patient medical history, lab results, and diagnostic imaging reports.
- Facilitate smooth clinical workflows by transcribing notes and updating patient charts promptly.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the medical team to clarify medical terms or diagnostic procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve documentation speed and clinical accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Nursing, Physical Therapy, Pharmacy, or any medical-allied course.
- Must possess strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and clinical documentation processes.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure environments with attention to detail.
- Excellent typing speed and keyboarding proficiency.
- Previous experience as a Medical Scribe or in a BPO Healthcare role is a significant advantage.
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable learning new medical software and EHR platforms.
- Willingness to work in night shifts or as dictated by U.S. time zone requirements.
