Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in creating, implementing, and maintaining visually appealing displays throughout the store
- Collaborate with the visual team to design displays that align with promotional themes and brand guidelines
- Ensure all displays are properly maintained, refreshed, and updated according to schedule
- Source and organize props, mannequins, and materials needed for visual presentations
- Participate in seasonal display changes and special event installations
- Monitor display effectiveness and provide feedback to improve visual merchandising strategies
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area for display materials and equipment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, Visual Merchandising, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in visual merchandising or retail display is highly preferred
- Strong artistic and creative abilities with an eye for detail and aesthetics
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift display materials up to 20kg
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in basic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
- Passion for retail and understanding of visual merchandising principles
