Are you passionate about retail aesthetics and creating engaging shopping experiences? Eraya is seeking a dedicated Visual Merchandise Store Staff to join our dynamic team in Sawah Besar. In this role, you will be the guardian of our brand identity, ensuring that our visual standards are met across all store displays and merchandise presentations. You will collaborate closely with the store team and design personnel to implement visual plans that drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
As a key member of our retail operations, you will focus on the detailed execution of visual merchandising guidelines. This includes managing store assets, maintaining display integrity, and reporting on visual needs to ensure our stores always look their best. We are looking for a creative individual who takes pride in their work and contributes to a positive store environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines and design layouts to maximize product visibility.
- Monitor and organize store assets, including mannequins, shelving, signage, and fixtures, ensuring they are in excellent condition.
- Coordinate closely with the store manager and design PIC to execute visual changes and seasonal displays.
- Conduct regular checks on store presentation and report on any discrepancies or needs for improvement.
- Assist in stock replenishment and ensuring merchandise is presented attractively according to brand standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shopping environment for customers.
- Train temporary staff or new hires on proper display techniques and visual standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMK/SMA) is required.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or visual merchandising is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong eye for detail and a good sense of design and color.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping seasons.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office or reporting tools.
- Passion for fashion trends and retail operations.
