In this role, you will be the driving force behind our brand's aesthetic appeal, ensuring that our store layouts, promotional displays, and seasonal decor resonate with our customers and drive sales performance.
As a mobile visual merchandiser, you will travel between store locations to implement strategic floor plans, maintain brand consistency, and elevate the overall shopping experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and implement creative store layouts that maximize product visibility and foot traffic flow.
- Coordinate the installation of seasonal decor, window displays, and point-of-sale (POS) materials across regional branches.
- Ensure all store displays strictly adhere to corporate brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Analyze sales reports and floor performance data to optimize merchandise placement and inventory density.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor visual presentation and provide actionable feedback to store management.
- Collaborate with procurement and marketing teams to highlight new product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Train and guide store staff on basic visual maintenance and display upkeep to ensure long-term consistency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related creative field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail display design.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, or similar tools) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of retail metrics and how visual aesthetics influence purchasing behavior.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to various store locations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple store deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Malay to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
