Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain in-store visual displays and merchandising plans
- Plan and execute seasonal promotional campaigns with compelling visual storytelling
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align visual strategies with brand objectives
- Train retail staff on visual standards and merchandising best practices
- Analyze display effectiveness and optimize layouts based on sales data
- Source and manage visual merchandising materials and fixtures
- Monitor competitor trends and incorporate industry innovations
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of retail visual merchandising experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative display execution
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp)
- Excellent spatial awareness and 3D visualization skills
- Knowledge of retail consumer behavior and sales psychology
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong project management and deadline-driven mindset
