Tanggung Jawab
- Create and implement visually compelling merchandising displays that align with brand standards and seasonal campaigns
- Plan and execute store layouts, window displays, and in-store promotions to maximize product visibility
- Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to develop cohesive visual strategies
- Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of displays and make data-driven adjustments
- Source and select appropriate props, signage, and materials for visual presentations
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into visual displays
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in retail or consumer products
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative visual merchandising projects
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar
- Excellent spatial awareness and aesthetic judgment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
