Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute compelling in-store visual displays that enhance product appeal and brand identity
- Collaborate with showroom staff to develop seasonal and promotional merchandising plans
- Optimize store layouts and product placements to maximize customer flow and sales conversion
- Source and maintain visual merchandising materials including props, fixtures, and signage
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform display innovations
- Train retail staff on visual standards and merchandising best practices
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines across all touchpoints
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in visual merchandising or retail display design (2+ years preferred)
- Portfolio showcasing creative merchandising projects and installations
- Strong understanding of retail principles, consumer behavior, and visual aesthetics
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar)
- Excellent spatial awareness and 3D visualization skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across locations
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Willingness to travel between Bohol and Dumaguete as required
