You will work closely with the store team to uphold the Massimo Dutti brand image, ensuring every corner of the store reflects our commitment to quality and style. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute visual merchandising plans and displays in accordance with the brand's guidelines.
- Maintain the visual standards and aesthetic appeal of the store at all times.
- Collaborate with store management to maximize product visibility and sales performance.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Ensure the sales floor is tidy, organized, and inviting for customers.
- Train and support junior staff on visual merchandising techniques.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in visual merchandising or retail is preferred.
- Strong passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy.
