Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive visual merchandising strategies that align with Erajaya's brand identity and commercial objectives.
- Ensure consistent application of visual merchandising standards and guidelines across all retail stores within the designated region.
- Lead the planning and execution of display concepts for new product introductions (NPIs), promotional campaigns, and seasonal updates.
- Manage and mentor a team of visual merchandisers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality execution.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to evaluate visual execution, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and store operations teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and product presentation.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform merchandising decisions and optimize product placement for maximum impact.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Retail Merchandising, Fashion Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in visual merchandising, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role within a retail environment.
- Proven ability to develop and execute innovative visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance brand perception.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing visual merchandising talent.
- Excellent understanding of retail trends, consumer behavior, and brand aesthetics.
- Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and a keen eye for design and presentation.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (preferred) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
