Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in retail visual merchandising
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative display projects
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Suite, SketchUp)
- Excellent spatial awareness and color theory knowledge
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina for lifting merchandise and climbing ladders
