Tanggung Jawab
- Create and implement visually compelling product displays that reflect brand identity and seasonal themes
- Plan and execute in-store merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales
- Train retail staff on visual standards and display maintenance protocols
- Monitor inventory of display materials and coordinate replenishment needs
- Analyze customer traffic patterns to optimize store layout and product placement
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into displays
- Ensure compliance with company visual merchandising guidelines and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail display
- Portfolio demonstrating creative display design skills (beauty retail preferred)
- Strong understanding of color theory, spatial arrangement, and visual balance
- Proficiency in basic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English communication
