Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute regional Visual Merchandising (VM) strategies for beauty product launches and brand campaigns.
- Oversee onsite setup and execution, ensuring compliance with global and regional visual guidelines.
- Manage end-to-end project timelines for store rollouts, seasonal window displays, and point-of-sale (POS) materials.
- Monitor and control departmental budgets to ensure all projects are delivered cost-effectively.
- Coordinate closely with retail operations, marketing teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct regular store visits to audit visual standards and provide constructive feedback to local retail teams.
- Analyze retail traffic and sales data to optimize visual placements and improve customer engagement.
- Maintain an organized inventory of VM collateral and display units.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the beauty or luxury retail sector.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous VM projects, including brand rollouts and onsite displays.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or SketchUp.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a creative mindset for problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel locally and potentially regionally for project supervision.
