We are seeking a creative and analytical Visual Merchandising Officer to join the dynamic team at Baivi Outsourcing Inc. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for translating brand identity into compelling visual presentations that drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience. Your primary focus will involve analyzing sales merchandising reports and survey results to optimize store layouts and product displays. You will work closely with the management team to implement seasonal trends and ensure that all merchandising standards align with the company's brand guidelines. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze sales merchandising reports and consumer survey results to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and drive sales conversion.
- Oversee the daily maintenance and replenishment of store displays to ensure a clean, organized, and inviting environment.
- Collaborate with the store management team to plan seasonal campaigns, promotions, and in-store events.
- Train and guide retail staff on proper visual merchandising techniques and brand standards.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to keep the brand's visual identity competitive and relevant.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines within the retail space.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Fashion Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar retail role.
- Strong understanding of retail sales principles and consumer behavior.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and survey results effectively.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, color, and layout.
- Proficiency in basic design software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Paranaque City, Metro Manila.
