Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of visual merchandising projects, from initial concept and design to final installation and dismantling.
- Collaborate with the creative team and store managers to develop visual strategies that drive sales and enhance brand identity.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality execution of display fixtures and installations.
- Conduct regular visual audits and store visits to ensure compliance with visual standards and safety regulations.
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Train and mentor store staff on visual merchandising best practices and display maintenance.
- Stay updated on the latest retail trends, fashion movements, and design technologies to keep our brand competitive.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar project management role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in retail display design and project execution.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or CAD.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and color theory.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
