- Create and maintain visually appealing product displays that align with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions
- Plan and execute store layout changes to optimize customer flow and product visibility
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards
- Collaborate with marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and seasonal themes
- Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices
- Conduct regular inventory checks of display items and report any discrepancies
- Stay updated on current retail trends and incorporate innovative ideas into store displays
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in visual merchandising is a plus
- Previous experience in retail or visual merchandising is preferred but not required
- Strong sense of creativity and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of color theory, spatial arrangement, and visual balance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift display materials
- Good communication skills and ability to follow visual direction
