Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain vitamin manufacturing equipment including encapsulation, coating, and blending machinery
- Conduct in-process quality checks and product sampling to ensure compliance with specifications
- Monitor production parameters (temperature, humidity, speed) for optimal output
- Document batch records and quality control data using MES systems
- Adhere strictly to GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000 standards
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with QA/QC teams for product release verification
- Train new operators on standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in Food Technology/Manufacturing
- Minimum 1 year experience in F&B or pharmaceutical production
- Certification in HACCP or food safety management preferred
- Proficient in reading technical schematics and SOPs
- Strong understanding of GMP principles
- Ability to operate industrial machinery and basic diagnostic tools
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle raw materials
