Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, revise, and present compelling design ideas and visual concepts to the management team.
- Oversee the production process of visual materials and ensure timely delivery.
- Brief and guide staff on the effective arrangement of in-store displays to maximize product visibility.
- Monitor and adjust displays regularly to reflect seasonal trends and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to align visual strategies with sales targets.
- Maintain brand consistency across all store locations in the region.
- Analyze visual performance data and implement improvements to enhance the customer journey.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Retail Management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team of junior staff.
- Excellent creative vision and knowledge of current design trends.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
