Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for the high-energy world of US Real Estate? ConnectOS is looking for a driven, proactive, and highly organized Volume Recruiter to join our growing global team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our talent acquisition strategy, specifically focused on scaling our pool of high-performing US-based real estate agents.

You will leverage your expertise in high-volume recruitment to build a robust pipeline, engage prospective talent, and manage the end-to-end hiring journey. This is a 100% Work-From-Home (WFH) opportunity that offers the flexibility to perform your best work from the comfort of your home while collaborating with a world-class team.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full-cycle high-volume recruitment processes for US-based real estate agent roles.
  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies across various job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screening calls, evaluate candidate suitability, and coordinate interviews with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain a high volume of follow-ups with prospective agents to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and streamline the selection process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure real-time reporting.
  • Develop and nurture a continuous talent pipeline to meet aggressive business growth targets.
  • Ensure all hiring activities comply with company standards and industry regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven track record in high-volume recruitment, ideally within the Real Estate or BPO industry.
  • Deep understanding of US-based recruitment workflows and candidate personas.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote/WFH setup.
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones to align with US-based operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is a plus.
