- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with long-term company growth objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end product innovation cycle, from consumer insights and R&D conceptualization to final market launch.
- Manage the entire product portfolio, ensuring brand consistency and relevance across all product lines.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain departments to optimize product positioning and speed-to-market.
- Analyze market performance, consumer behavior data, and competitive intelligence to pivot strategies as necessary.
- Mentor and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of creativity, agility, and accountability.
- Oversee annual brand and innovation budgets, ensuring high ROI on marketing and product development investments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 10-12 years of progressive experience in Brand Management or Product Innovation within the FMCG Beauty or Personal Care industry.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian FMCG landscape, including modern trade and e-commerce distribution channels.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative beauty products that achieved significant market penetration.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of translating market data into actionable strategic initiatives.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required to facilitate stakeholder communication and consumer engagement.
