Join Macquarie Group as a visionary VP/Director of Transformation and Operations and lead strategic value creation in our Real Assets portfolio. Reporting directly to the APAC Head of T&O, you will serve as the primary transformation partner for Korean and Japanese portfolio companies, driving operational excellence and sustainable growth. This senior role requires a strategic leader who can navigate complex markets, implement transformative initiatives, and deliver measurable business outcomes across infrastructure, energy, and real estate assets.
You will develop and execute comprehensive transformation roadmaps, optimize operational efficiencies, and foster innovation while maintaining alignment with Macquarie's global investment strategy. The ideal candidate combines deep sector expertise with hands-on experience in portfolio company value creation, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance asset performance and competitive positioning. - Lead transformation initiatives for Korean and Japanese portfolio companies in Real Assets
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive value creation across infrastructure, energy, and real estate
- Partner with portfolio companies to identify optimization opportunities and execute improvement plans
- Oversee transformation roadmaps ensuring alignment with business objectives and investment horizons
- Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver complex transformation projects
- Monitor KPIs and report on transformation progress to senior leadership
- Drive best practices and continuous improvement in transformation methodologies
Kualifikasi
- 10+ years in transformation, operations, or management consulting with focus on real assets
- Proven track record leading value creation initiatives in Korean and Japanese markets
- Deep understanding of infrastructure, energy, or real estate operational dynamics
- Strategic planning expertise with ability to translate vision into executable roadmaps
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across APAC regions
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Korean or Japanese preferred
