Erajaya is seeking a highly skilled VP Finance Controller to lead our financial operations and drive strategic financial excellence. As a key member of our executive team, you'll oversee all accounting functions, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide critical financial insights to support business growth. This senior role offers the opportunity to shape financial strategy, optimize processes, and mentor high-performing finance professionals while contributing to Erajaya's continued success in Indonesia's dynamic retail sector.
The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strategic vision to enhance financial controls, improve reporting accuracy, and support cross-functional decision-making. You'll collaborate closely with executive leadership to develop budgets, manage risks, and implement best practices that align with global accounting standards and Indonesian regulations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead all financial operations including general ledger, financial reporting, and month-end closing processes
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury functions
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives
- Manage and develop the finance team through mentorship and performance optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
- Stay updated on Indonesian tax laws and accounting regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management from a reputable university
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive finance experience with at least 3 years in managerial roles
- Proven experience in accounts payable and financial operations
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong expertise in Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Experience in retail or consumer goods sector highly desirable
