- Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for construction projects

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA required)
- Minimum 10 years progressive finance experience with 5+ in leadership
- Proven track record in construction industry finance management
- Expertise in financial modeling, project costing, and contract administration
- Strong knowledge of Philippine SEC, BIR, and PFRS regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
