Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee internal/external audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Lead treasury operations including cash management, risk mitigation, and banking relationships
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Manage financial reporting systems and stakeholder communications
- Lead and develop finance, audit, and treasury teams
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CMA/MBA preferred
- Minimum 10+ years in finance with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven experience in financial planning, audit management, and treasury operations
- Deep understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and IFRS standards
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent leadership and team development capabilities
- Experience in multinational corporations or large-scale enterprises
