Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the vulnerability remediation team in identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks across all corporate systems.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, software development, and system administration teams to prioritize and schedule patch management and system hardening.
- Monitor, analyze, and validate vulnerability scan results from enterprise tools such as Qualys, Nessus, or Rapid7.
- Establish, maintain, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to remediation cycle times, patch compliance, and vulnerability exposure.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for rapid security patch deployment and vulnerability tracking.
- Ensure organization-wide compliance with international security standards and frameworks, including ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI-DSS.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a closely related technical field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or vulnerability management, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Deep hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning and management solutions (e.g., Qualys, Rapid7, Nessus, Tenable).
- Strong practical knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), network protocols, and cloud infrastructure security (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Professional cybersecurity certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or GEVA are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to translate technical risks into business impacts.
