Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests promptly, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings, and offer recommendations.
- Take accurate orders and process transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure efficient delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations throughout the shift.
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism, patience, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and order accuracy.
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards as per cafe regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a waitress, server, or customer service role is highly preferred.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills in English; ability to speak additional languages is a plus.
- Well-groomed appearance and a professional demeanor suitable for a hospitality environment.
